An oil tanker rolled on the eastbound QEW in Mississauga Saturday morning, closing two lanes and snarling traffic for hours.
No one was hurt when the tanker rolled into the ditch just before Erin Mills Parkway at 7 a.m., police said.
Meanwhile, a two-car crash overnight in Richmond Hill left one person dead.
The collision occurred on the eastbound lanes of Highway 7, near the Highway 407 and Highway 404 interchange at about midnight, York Region police said.
Additional details about the collision have not yet been released.
The name of the deceased has not been made public.
