Peel police are hunting for three suspects after a 27-year-old man was gunned down in a parking lot across from Square One shopping centre in Mississauga.

Husam Dagheim was shot while sitting in a van outside the Famous Players Coliseum movie theatre at about 8:30 p.m. on Sunday, investigators said.

The suspects are described as black, and they were wearing dark clothing, police said.

One of the men was believed to be between 5-foot-7 and 5-foot-9, between 120 and 130 pounds, and in his late teens or early 20s.

Police have not released a motive for the slaying.

The suspects are considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information is asked call police at 905-453-2121 ext. 3205, or call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
