Police in Peel region have arrested a man they say has been masturbating while following women around.

Investigators began receiving complaints in April, 2004 with the latest incident reported this past June.

Women have reported being followed in the Airport and Derry Roads area in Mississauga and the Wendall and Wilson Avenues in Toronto.

A suspect, 45-year-old Pietro Poli, has been charged with two counts of indecent acts, five counts of mischief and three counts of criminal harassment.

He was expected to appear in a Brampton courtroom Thursday for a bail hearing.
