Two men have been released from hospital and two others are out of surgery after being shot Friday night.
Staff Sgt. Clarence Cook of 12 Division told ctvtoronto.ca on Saturday that the remaining two aren't in life-threatening condition.
"They had to be operated on to remove the bullets, so I guess any surgery is serious," he said.
What seems to have happened is six people were standing outside an apartment building at 121 Humber Blvd., which is near Weston Road and Black Creek Drive.
Two black men in dark clothing approached them shortly after 8 p.m. and opened fire without warming, Cook said.
"There was nothing to set the altercation off that we can establish at this point," he said.
Cook said they don't have any suspects by name, "only two male blacks."
The victims are co-operating "to some extent," he said.
Police are also searching for the other two people present during the shooting.

In a separate incident in Etobicoke, residents in the area around Burnhamthorpe Road and the East Mall reported hearing gunshots late Friday night.
Police responded and took four men into custody, but then released them without charge.
A senior officer at 22 Division said no firearms were found with the men, and no physical evidence of gunfire, such as shell casings, could be found in the area.
