Ken Shaw has recently been selected for the 2008 Gold Ribbon Award for Outstanding Community Service by an Individual Broadcaster. Devoted to enhancing and giving back to his community, Ken has dedicated countless hours every month to many causes and charitable organizations, including: Ronald McDonald House Charities of Canada; ProAction Cops & Kids; the Empire Club of Canada; and the Abilities Centre.
An active member of the community, Christine Bentley has served on the Board of Governors for Centenary Health Centre for more than 10 years, and has been active with numerous charities, including Toy Mountain and The Canadian Cancer Society. Currently, Christine sits on the board of the Children's Wish Foundation.
