MISSISSAUGA - A Mississauga, Ont. man has been found guilty in a wild highway racing incident that left a 48-year-old truck driver dead.

The 23-year-old Ravi Badhwar will be sentenced in December with two counts criminal negligence causing death by street racing and failing to remain at the scene of a fatal accident.

Badhwar is the last of the three young men convicted in the race on Highway 400, north of Toronto, in June 2007.

Two of the vehicles cut in front of a transport truck, causing the driver to swerve out of the way.

David Virgoe was killed instantly when he crashed into a ditch.
