Andre Daley was shot and killed on Oct. 18 just after 3 a.m. during a drive-by shooting in the Keele Street and Sheppard Avenue area.

Daley was outside the First Choice Restaurant with a number of other people when the shots rang out. Four other people were shot during the incident but they are expected to survive their injuries.

Police arrested five suspects on Wednesday after executing a number of search warrants in north-west Toronto.

The suspects - all men believed to be between the ages of 25 and 35 - were expected to make a court appearance Thursday morning.
