A 30-year-old Toronto man was killed in a late-night shooting in the city's west end Sunday.

Toronto police say they found Glenn Lowe suffering from gunshot wounds on the front porch of a house on Jane Street, near Threthawey Drive. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police say they were alerted to the shooting at 11:12 p.m. Investigators say they have spoken to some witnesses but are still looking to interview people who may have more information about the suspect or what led to his murder.

Authorities do not have any suspects in custody.

Jane Street has been closed between Trethewey and Harding Avenue while police examine the scene for forensic evidence.

Investigators will spend Monday combing the area for clues and witnesses and looking through video footage taken from surveillance cameras in the area.

Anyone with information is being asked to call the homicide squad at 416-808-7814 or Crime Stoppers at 416-222-TIPS.

Lowe is Toronto's sixth homicide victim of 2010.
