KINGSTON, Ont. - Police in Kingston, Ont., have charged a second person in the death of a man whose body was pulled from a wooded area more than seven weeks ago.

The body of Allan Mott, of Kingston, was discovered Feb. 1.

David Amorim, 30, of Kingston, was arrested Friday morning and charged with first-degree murder.

Police announced Saturday that they have also now charged Ryan Matte, 35, with first-degree murder.

Both Matte and Amorim were due to appear in court Saturday.

Police have not released Mott's cause of death.
