Toronto police have arrested one suspect in connection with a teen's murder earlier this month but say they are still looking for one more person.

Authorities have issued an arrest warrant for Chael Mills, a 19-year-old man known as "Ginga" on the street.

He is wanted for first-degree murder in the death of 17-year-old Mitchell Leton Celise.

Celise was shot in the chest at around 3:30 a.m. on Winona Drive, near Oakwood and St. Clair Avenues on May 3. He was taken to St. Michael's hospital where doctors pronounced him dead.

Investigators said at the time they believed someone approached Celise from behind and opened fire.

An 18-year-old suspect was arrested Wednesday, police said.

Lavare Williams has been charged with first-degree murder. He is scheduled to appear in court Thursday morning.

Police released a photograph of Mills, who is described as being a black man with a light complexion. He is 6', about 180 lbs. with brown eyes. He has a very distinctive tattoo that says "BTTW" on the right side of his neck.

He is considered armed and dangerous.
