CAYUGA, Ont. - Ontario Provincial Police have made an arrest in an almost two-year-old homicide.
Police say Charles Agbajoh, of Milton, Ont., was killed on Nov. 2, 2008, and his body was found near Hagersville in April 2009.
Elyton Brandon Guy, 24, of no fixed address, has been charged with first-degree murder.
Guy appeared in court today in Cayuga and was remanded into custody.
