Homicide detectives are probing what led to a Saturday night stabbing in Etobicoke that left one man dead.
Police were called to an apartment building at 500 Scarlett Rd. near Eglinton Ave. W., around 6:30 p.m. and found the 21-year-old victim in a stairwell. He was taken to Sunnybrook Hospital without vital signs.
The victim's identity has not yet been released.
The death is Toronto's 41st homicide of this year.
