TORONTO - Two boys are facing first-degree murder charges in the fatal shooting of a teen last week in west-end Toronto.
A 16-year-old boy was found shot in an apartment building last Wednesday and pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say a 16-year-old boy and a 17-year-old boy were arrested Monday and have been charged with first-degree murder.
The names of the accused cannot be released under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
Police say the 16-year-old suspect appeared in court Monday while his co-accused is to appear on Tuesday.
