TORONTO - Dozens of Internet users braved the cold in Toronto today to protest usage-based Internet billing.

They rallied despite the CRTC's announcement it will delay implementing its controversial ruling for at least 60 days.

But the protesters say they are dissatisfied with the review.

They say the battle won't be over until the decision is overturned.

On hand for the protest were NDP leader Jack Layton and Liberal MP Dan McTeague.

McTeague urged the government to act immediately to end the "giga-gouge."
