TORONTO - A Toronto man faces a string of charges after thefts from dozens of vehicles in underground parking garages.
Police say the thefts started late last year and continued until this month. Some 60 vehicles were involved.
The thefts happened in the Lansdowne Avenue-Bloor Street West and Perth Avenue-Rankin Avenue areas in west Toronto.
They totalled $27,500.
Darryl Aquino, 33, of no fixed address, has been charged with several theft related offences and breaching a conditional sentence order.
He had a court date Thursday.
