A 27-year-old Toronto police officer is facing a careless use of a firearm charge.
Police allege a constable fired at a car during a dangerous driving arrest last Sunday night.
Police say two rounds hit the vehicle, but there were no injuries.
Constable Robert Harris was arrested yesterday and is to appear in court on May 10th.
