OSHAWA, Ont. - Durham regional police have made an arrest in a 2010 homicide in Oshawa.
Police say two men were found with life-threatening injuries at an Oshawa apartment last June.
Derrick Brooks, 32, died of his injuries, while the other victim spent several days in hospital.
Investigators say Christopher Lee Dwyer, 26, of Oshawa, was arrested Monday and charged with second-degree murder and attempted murder.
Dwyer remains in custody after a court appearance today.
Police say they are still trying to identify two other male suspects.
