A Toronto man has been arrested in connection to a Canada Day stabbing death.
Police said Shawn Charles, 39, died after he was stabbed following an argument at a basketball tournament at Biggin Court near Eglinton Avenue East and Victoria Park Avenue.
He was dropped off at a hospital with several stab wounds at about 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
Police said Anthony Campbell, 27, of Toronto surrendered to police on Monday.
He was scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday at 10 a.m.
