PETERBOROUGH, Ont. - Peterborough police have one person in custody after a bloodied man was seen carrying an axe while riding his bike through downtown Saturday night.
Investigators say they believe the blood was his own.
They say the suspect was planning to hurt someone.
A 41-year-old man from Millbrook, southwest of Peterborough, has been charged with weapons dangerous.
