Toronto police are searching for a bank robbery suspect who has pulled off 15 heists across the GTA.

Since May 20, the man has robbed branches in downtown Toronto, North York and Scarborough. Nearly every major bank has been targeted, with the latest heist pulled off on Friday.

Police have not been able to make an arrest despite the fact the suspect does not wear a mask or disguise, and a series of pictures has been released to the public.

"Someone out there must know who he is. Look at how bold this person is. He doesn't even cover his face so he doesn't seem to care at all," said Const. Tony Vella.

Vella said the man has the same approach in every robbery.

"He approaches the teller, he indicates that he's armed with a gun, and that he wants a quantity of money from the bank. The teller at that point turns over a quantity of money to the suspect, and then he walks out," he said.

While the suspect has indicated he has a gun in all of the heists, a weapon has only been seen in one of them. Police said they will eventually capture the suspect.

"It's only a matter of time before you're identified and we're definitely coming for you," Vella warned the suspect.

Investigators won't say how much money was stolen, but said serial bank robbers usually don't get away with a large amount.

Police are asking anyone with more information to call the Toronto Police Hold Up Squad at 416-808-7350 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS.
