ST. CATHARINES, Ont. - Police in Chatham, Ont., say a driver who crashed into a pole had a blood-alcohol level that was three times the legal limit.

A woman was treated at hospital for non-life-threatening injuries after the single-vehicle collision at the intersection of Highway 40 at Longwoods Road on Tuesday morning.

Police say a test determined her blood-alcohol level was three times the legal limit.

Angela Denholm, 33, of Chatham, is facing charges of impaired driving and having a blood-alcohol level over .08.
