WINNIPEG - The federal government has announced the arrest of a sixth person on the Canada Border Services Agency's wanted list.

Public Safety Minister Vic Toews today identified him as Orret O'Neil Brock.

One of 32 individuals on the CBSA list, he was arrested by Toronto police.

Toews released the list in August, saying the fugitives had not complied with immigration legislation and had criminal convictions in Canada.

Six, including O'Neil, have since been apprehended and two have so far been removed from the country.

The minister says the latest arrest shows the government's ongoing commitment to protect Canadians.
