Police have found two missing women after a dropped phone call led to the search of a wooded area in Caledon, Ont., northwest of Toronto.

The Ontario Provincial Police's Caledon detachment received information of a possible kidnapping after the dropped cell phone call to 911 on Saturday at 1:45 a.m.

A man's voice could be heard yelling at several other people telling them to be quiet and to keep walking, police said.

Using GPS co-ordinates the officers located a vehicle that was parked on Mississauga Road and Bush Street near a pathway into a wooded area.

The officers searched the area, heard two male voices in the distance and found two women.

Mohkam Singh Sidhu, 22, of Brampton was charged with three counts each of kidnapping, assault, forcible confinement and uttering death threats to cause death or bodily harm. He was also charged with personating a peace officer.
